A NINE-WEEK ONLINE COURSE
January 22-March 20
This is an invitation to come “home.” A time and space to explore the non physical side of the practice and how it applies to the way in which we move through life. Think of this course as a boundary of time to build momentum, create better habits, and develop new techniques that bolster what we have to offer. How we spend our time and what we do with it becomes our practice. It’s not about choosing the “right” way to go, it’s about developing the capacity to make valued decisions based on what we desire.

Moving from the passenger seat to the driver seat
How to move from taking risks to taking calculated steps forward

All group session will be recorded with access to all recording for the duration of the program plus two weeks after

Nine-week online course from January 8-March 6
Group gathering and discussion Mondays 11:30-1:00 Eastern
Weekly Zoom group class Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 Eastern
1:1 sessions every other Tuesday or Wednesday between and 4:00pm-7:00pm Eastern
You will be scheduled a specific 30 minute time slot that will carry throughout the course

Tuesday or Wednesday: 1:1 (One 30 minute bi-weekly time slot that will stay the same during the entire 9 weeks)
