10 Hour Katonah Yoga® Training w/ Steph Winsor

Join us this Spring for an all encompassing 10-hr Katonah Yoga® training. Learn to drop-in to where you are and truly be with yourself. Use this weekend to refine your personal practice and develop a recipe for home practice that supports development of the Self. A good practice has good technique and structure. Enjoy learning how to use props to support your postures which in turn teach you how to support yourself in life, especially off the mat.
